Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) invites applications through online mode for the filling of 64 vacancies of Child Development Project Officer (CDPO) post. The  official notification for the recruitment of CDPO, Advt. No.-21/2023 has been published on its official website www.jpsc.gov.in. Eligible & Interested Candidates shall be required to apply online from 27th June,2023 onwards to 26th July, 2023. Candidates can read the instructions and eligibility details provided below and apply online for CDPO post.

Eligibility Criteria for CDPO : 

Educational Qualification : Candidates should have acquired Bachelor's degree from a recognized University.

Age limit : The minimum age limit for all category candidates is 22 years and maximum age limit is as follows : 

1. For Unreserved, EWS : 35 years

2. For OBC/BC : 37 years

3. For Female : 38 years

4. For SC/ST : 40 years

Pay Scale : Rs. 9300 to Rs. 34,800 + Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-.

Method of Selection : Selection process shall consist of 3 stages viz,

1. Preliminary Examination

2. Main written Examination

3. Interview

Candidates who will qualify preliminary examination will be shortlisted for Mains Examination . Those will clear Mains Examination, will be called for Personal Interview which will consist of 50 marks.

Application Fee : 

1. General/EWS/OBC Candidates have to pay Rs. 600 + Bank charges.

2. SC/ST candidates are required to pay Rs. 150 + Bank charges.

How to Apply : Candidates would be required to apply online through the official website www.jpsc.gov.in . The online registration window will open on 27th June and will close on 26th July, 2023 . Before registration, candidates should have valid Email Id , active mobile number because Commission will send all the crucial updates like exam date, admit card download date on their mobile number or Email. So keep it active till the selection process.
