SSC MTS 2023 Online Application form - 1558 vacancies of Havaldar & Multi-tasking staff

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will conduct a competitive examination for recruitment of Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff and Havaldar in CBIC and CBN. SSC will hold SSC MTS & Havaldar Examination 2023 in the month of September, 2023. Every year lakh of candidates apply for MTS post, It is expected that large number of applications will also receive in this year too. Eligible & Interested candidates can fill online application form from 30th June, 2023 Onwards. Candidates can check educational qualification, age limit, selection process and other details below.

Name of the Examination : Multi Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff and Havaldar (CBIC & CBN) Examination, 2023

Total Number of vacancies : 1558

Tentative vacancies for the posts are as under : 

1. MTS : 1198 (approx)

2. Havaldar in CBIC & CBN : 360 

Eligibility Criteria for MTS & Havaldar : 

Age limit : Candidates must have attained the age of 18 years and must not crossed the age of 25 years for Havaldar in CBN , 27 years for Havaldar in CBIC & MTS post.

Educational Qualification : Candidates must have passed Matriculation Examination or Equivalent from a recognized Board as on or before the cut off date i.e 01.08.2023.  Candidates possessing equivalent educational qualification shall also produce relevant Equivalence Certificate from the authorities concerned at the time of Document Verification.

Selection process :  

1. Recruitment process for the MTS post will consist of Session -I and Session-II in  Computer Based Examination (CBE).

2. Selection of the candidates for the post of Havaldar will be done through Computer Based Examination, Physical Efficiency Test (PET)/Physical Standard Test (PST)

The Computer Based Examination will be conducted in Hindi, English and in 13 regional languages.

Application Fee : Candidates are required to pay Rs. 100 towards application fee. SC, ST, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen and Women candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.

How to Apply : Willing candidates can apply online through the website www.ssc.nic.in .  While filling online application form, candidates are required to upload the scanned colour  Passport size photograph in JPEG format. Before submission of the online application, candidates must check through Preview/ Print option that they have filled correct details in each field of the form.

Last date for generation of offline challan : 23.07.2023
