Andhra Pradesh High Court Recruitment 2023 - Law clerks salary Rs. 35,000

High court of Andhra Pradesh invites applications from the eligible candidates for the  filling up 26 vacancies of Law Clerks post on contract basis to assist the Hon'ble Judges of High court of AP. Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria can apply through the  prescribed application format on or before 22.07.2023. Candidates are required to send  their dully filled application form along with attested copies of necessary documents through registered post. Candidates are first required to download the form, then fill the form and send it to the address provided at the bottom of this article.

Name of the Post : Law Clerks

Age limit : A Candidates must not have attained the age of 30 years as on 01st  January/01st July.

Educational Qualification : The Candidates should have Completed a Degree in Law from  a recognized University, having studied a 5 year regular stream after completion of 10+2 years of schooling or who have studied (after 10+2) a regular curriculum degree  course followed by a 3 year regular law degree.

Selection process : Selection of the candidates for Law Clerk post shall be based on Merit.  The list of candidates selected by the Hon'ble committee, shall be subject to the approval of the Hon'ble chief justice.

Salary of Law Clerks : Rs. 35,000 per month

Dress code for Law Clerks : 

1. For Male Clerks : Black Trousers, white shirt (full sleeves), Black coat with black tie and black shoes.

2. For Female clerks : White Blouse with light colour saree or white salwar kameez with  black dupatta or black trousers with white shirt and black coat.
