Gujarat HC Assistant Admit card 2023 - Download Provisional list for appearing in Preliminary Exam

Gujarat HC Assistant Call letter will be available in third week of June, 2023

Gujarat HC Admit Card 2023 will be released in 3rd week of June, 2023 on the official website @hc-ojas.gujarat.gov.in . The link for downloading Admit card will be soon active by Gujarat High Court for 1778 vacancies of Assistant post. Candidates who have applied for the Preliminary Examination can download the call letter from the direct link provided below for the written exam after activation. HC will soon upload the Assistant Admit card 2023 in 3rd week of June, 2023. The candidates have to carry printout of Assistant call letter/hall ticket to the Examination hall.

The High Court of Gujarat invited online application from the eligible candidates candidates, for filling up total of 1778 vacancies of Assistant Post through competitive Examinations. Candidates who will qualify the Examination will be appointed on pay Scale of Rs. 19,900 to Rs. 63,200. The Elimination /Preliminary Test may be conducted either at Ahmedabad or at any District place/places .

Provisional List of Eligible Candidates for appearing in the Preliminary Examination  (Elimination Test) to be conducted on 25/06/2023 (Sunday) for Direct Recruitment process for the Assistant post from eligible candidates will be available on official website of High  court of Gujarat i.e www.hc-ojas.gujarat.gov.in on 15th or 16th June, 2023.  The Gujarat HC Preliminary Examination is scheduled to be conducted on 25th June, 2023  for 1778 vacancies of Assistant post. 

Candidate shall be required to download his/her Call Letter-cum-Admission Slip from the Website https://hc-ojas.gujarat.gov.in, during the Preceding Week, by using Advertisement No., his/her Confirmation No. and Date of Birth, for appearing at the respective Examination/Test. The list of Eligible/Qualifying Candidates will be placed on HC-OJAS  portal, at the relevant time.

Assistant Admit card 2023 available in : 03rd week of May, 2023

How to Download Admit card 2023 : 

1. Visit the official website www.hc-ojas.gujarat.gov.in 

2. On the home page, under Notice Board section, search for "provisional list of Eligible candidates for appearing in the preliminary Examination to be conducted on 25/06/2023 " and click on this link.

3. Check your Name in PDF list.

4. if your name is in list, then open the HC website and click on Tab call letters.

5. In drop down menu of Call letter, Click on "Print call letter".

6. Select your Job, enter your confirmation Number and Birth date

7. Download the admit card.
