MOIL Limited (formerly known as Manganese Ore India Limited) invites Online Applications from young, vibrant and dynamic Candidates , who are willing to grow with MOIL for recruitment through Online Application mode only for the posts of Select Grade Mine Foreman/ Trainee Select Grade Mine Foreman, Mine Foreman, Electrical Supervisor/ Trainee Electrical Supervisor, Mine Mate, Mechanical Plant Foreman & Winding Engine Driver in different pay scales. MOIL will fill up 21 vacancies through Direct Recruitment. Eligibility Criteria : 

Educational Qualification : 

1. For Mine Foreman : SSC pass and Possessing valid Mine Foreman’s Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted).

2. Sel. Gr. Mine Foreman : Diploma in Mining and Mine Surveying

3. Mine Mate Gr-I : SSC Pass and Possessing valid Mine Mate Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted).

4. Electrical Supervisor : Diploma in Electrical Engineering and Holding a valid Electrical Supervisor’s Certificate of Competency.

5. Mechanical Plant Foreman : Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

6. Winding Engine Driver-II : SSC Pass and 1st class Winding Engine Drivers certificate of Competency.

Maximum age limit : 

1. Sel. Gr. Mine Foreman : 45 years

2. For other posts : 40 years

Selection Process : 

1. For the post of winding engine driver : Trade test

2. For remaining other posts : computer based online test

Pay Scale : 

1. Mine Foreman : Rs. 26,900 -3% - 48,770/-.

2. Sel. Gr. Mine Foreman : Rs. 27,600 -3% - 50,040/-

3. Mine Mate Gr-I : Rs. 24,800 - 3% - 44,960/-.

4. Electrical Supervisor : Rs. 27,600 -3% - 50,040/-.

5. Mechanical Plant Foreman : Rs. 27,600 -3% - 50,040/-.

6. Winding Engine Driver-II : Rs. 24,800 - 3% - 44,960/-.
