Online Applications from Indian Citizens are invited by Assam Public Service Commission for filling up 103 vacant positions of Financial Management Officer (Junior Grade-II) post as per Assam Urban Financial Service Cadre under Department of Housing and Urban Affairs, Govt of Assam. Eligibility Conditions for FMO : 

Educational Qualification : Candidates should have obtained Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.com) from  any recognized University or Institute. Candidates will have to upload self attested relevant documents while filling online application form.

Age limit : The Candidates should not be less than 21 years of age and not more than 38 years of age as on 01.10.2023. Due to age relaxation, upper age limit for reserved category are as follows :

1. 43 years for SC/ST candidates.

2. 41 years for OBC/MOBC Candidates.

3. 48 years for PwBD Candidates.

Direct Recruitment : The selection procedure will be notified later on followed by issuing corrigendum /addendum, if required. The Commission will also decide to conduct examination /test etc. zone wise, depending upon the numbers of candidates against the districts .

Scale of Pay : Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 1,10,000 + Grade pay Rs. 12,700 (Pay Band-4)

2. For SC/ST/OBC/MOBC Candidates : Rs. 197.20

3. For BPL Candidates : Rs. 47.20

4. For PwBD Candidates : Rs. 47.20

How to Apply : Candidates can apply online through the APSC's recruitment website www.apscrecruitment.in . Candidates are first required to register themselves by clicking on "Register here" link and complete the One Time Registration (OTR) process by providing basic details.

1. After registration, Candidates need to login with the credentials. 

2. After login, Provide one time registration details such as Personal Information, Educational qualification, work experience, photo and other required documents. 

3. After detail submission, download one time registration details. Click on Applicant Section=>Apply Online link for application form submission.

4. Candidates must submit the details of documents, certificates/mark sheet of the degree.

5. Applicant should carefully fill all the information as asked in the application form and click on the declarations checkbox to enable the 'Preview' button before  final submission.
