Recruitment of Non-Teaching Staff positions at DIAT, Pune , Last date to apply is 21st June

Defence Institute of Advanced Technology (DIAT) Pune, invites online applications from the eligible Indian Nationals for filling up 17 vacancies of Non Teaching posts , which will be filled by direct Recruitment. As per notification, the window for filling online application form will  open on 29th May and will close on 21st June, 2023. Candidates who wish to apply for Recruitment of Non Teaching post, must apply online through DIAT Pune website i.e www.diat.ac.in .The Eligibility criteria, Name of the post, Pay Scale, Age limit and other details are mentioned below.

DIAT Recruitment 2023 Vacancy Overview : 

Name of the Post & No. of Vacancies : 

1. Scientific Officer : 02

2. Senior Laboratory Assistant (SLA) : 05

3. Laboratory Assistant : 05

4. Assistant : 05

Eligibility Criteria for Non-Teaching post : 

Essential Qualification : Candidates must possess Bachelor's degree in Science OR Three years full time Diploma in respective discipline with at least first class or its equivalent  grade duly recognized by Board of Technical Examination.

Note : Candidates also have proficiency and knowledge of Computer Applications and Operations.

Maximum Age Limit : 

1. For Scientific Officer : 40 years.

2. For SLA : 30 years.

3. For remaining post : 28 years.

Selection process : The selection of the candidates will be based on Interview/written test/Trade test. The Institute reserves the right to conduct or not to conduct written/trade tests for posts. For more details, kindly read the notification.

Application Fee for candidates belonging to General, OBC, EWS category  : 

1. For Scientific Officer : Rs. 1000/-.

2. For remaining other post : Rs. 500/-

SC/ST/ESM/PWD (Divyang) & Woman candidates are exempted from payment of  application  fee for each post.

Candidates are first required to register themselves, then apply online for the specific post.  Applicants are required to submit the filled application form and take a print out of the same for future reference.
