Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation limited (BMRCL) has invited online applications from eligible ex-military personnel for filling up the 96 vacancies of Station Controller / Train Operator (SC/TO)  post  in the Operation & Maintenance Wing of BMRCL. This recruitment will be done on Contract basis for a period of 5 years which is extendable based on the performance. Candidates can check their eligibility below before proceeding to apply. Name of the Post : Station Controller/Train Operator (SC/TO)

Eligibility Criteria for SC/TO : 

Educational Qualification : Candidates must possess Matriculation and Three Years Diploma in respective engineering trade or equivalent qualification in class -I trade issued by Armed Forces.

Age Limit : The Maximum age limit for the candidates is 45 years as on 16.05.2023. 

Pay Scale : Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 82,660 with 3% annual increment.

Selection Methodology : The selection of the candidates will be made strictly on merit, on the basis of written examination. Candidates are also required to pass Psychometric test.  BMRCL will call those eligible candidates who are shortlisted based on written examination and psychometric test for medical examination and verification of the original documents.

Examination Fee : There is no examination fee as it is special recruitment drive for ex-military personnel.

How to Apply : Candidates are required to go to BMRCL website www.bmrc.co.in and fill up the online application form with all the personal and other details. After form submission , Take printout of the application form, paste the latest passport size photograph, sign it and send the hard copy to BMRCL address along with

2. discharge certificate from Defence services.
