Directorate of Medical Education, Andhra Pradesh invites online applications from the eligible candidates for the recruitment of Assistant Professors in the Government medical Colleges and Teaching Hospitals. DME AP aims to fill up 590 vacancies through this recruitment drive. Recruitment is on regular basis. 1. Assistant Professor in broad specialties

2. Assistant Professor of Anatomy

3. Assistant Professor of Bio Chemistry

4. Assistant Professor of Physiology

Eligibility Criteria : 

Educational Qualification : Candidates must possess PG Degree (MD/MS/DNB/DM/MD) in concerned Speciality or M.Sc on regular mode with Ph.D in relevant discipline. 

Age Limit : 

1. The maximum age limit for OC Candidates is 42 years.

2. Candidates belongs to EWS/SC/ST/BC Candidates should not have completed 47 years .

3. For Physically Handicapped persons, the upper age limit is 52 years.

4. Ex-servicemen should not have completed 50 years.

Selection Process : Selection of the candidates will be based on Merit, which will be prepared for all the candidates who applied online and fulfilled all the eligibility conditions. 

Application Fee : 

1. OC Candidates shall have to pay the application fee of Rs. 1000/-.

2. BC, SC, EWS, ST and PH Candidates need to pay Rs. 500/-.
