Odisha Public Service Commission has published notification for the recruitment of Mining officers post in Group A of Odisha Mineral Administrative Service Cadre under Steel and Mines Department. Online Applications are invited from the prospective candidates for filling 23 vacancies of Mining Officers post. Eligibility Criteria : 

Age Limit : A Candidates must have attained the age of 21 years and must not be above the age of 38 years as on 01st day of May, 2023 i.e he/she must have been born not earlier than 02nd May 1985 and not later than 01st May 2002.

Educational Qualification : A Candidates should obtained 2nd class degree in Mining Engineering from any recognized University in India.

Examination Fee : Exempted for all categories of candidates.

Method of Selection : Selection of candidates will be made on the basis of written examination and viva voce test. The written examination will consist of 02 papers with total of 500 marks. The written Examination will be held at Cuttack /Bhubaneswar.

Pay Scale : Rs. 56,100 per month

Before filling up the online application form, the candidates must go  through detailed instructions available in the notification. Candidates are requested to upload along with scanned image of latest passport size photograph along with scanned image of his/her full signature  and scanned image of left hand thumb impression in the online application form.
