High Court of Gujarat will conduct District Judge  Preliminary Examination (Elimination Test) on 11th June, 2023. Gujarat High Court District Judge Admit card 2023 shall be made available online on its official website from 06th June, 2023 onwards. Candidates who have filled online application form for District Judge post, will be able to download the e-call letter from 06th June, 2023. Check details below.

Commission has already published a Provisional List of eligible candidates for appearing in  the Preliminary Examination (Elimination Test) and Test of Gujarati Language to be conducted on 11.06.2023 for direct recruitment Process for the cadre of District Judge from Eligible Advocates(25%). Candidates are check their name in Provisional list, then download admit card. Without the E-call letter cum admission slip , appearance in written test may not be permitted.

Tentative Schedule of Examination/Test : 

Preliminary Examination : 11.06.2023 (Sunday)

Test of Gujarati Language : 11.06.2023 (Sunday)

Main Written Examinatin : 16.07.2023

Viva voce test (interview) : September, 2023

Two months ago, Commission has invited online applications from the eligible Practising advocates, for filling up , by competitive examination, approximately 57 vacancies in the cadre of District Judge, in the Pay Scale of Rs. 1,44,840 - Rs. 1,94,660 + allowances . Selection of candidates shall be made on the basis of  Aggregate Marks obtained by the candidates in the Main Written Examination and Viva­-voce Test (Interview). 

Candidates shall be required to download their respective e-call letters from HC-OJAS portal, by using their respective Advertisement Number, Confirmation Number and Date of Birth , for appearing at the respective Examination/Viva Voce test during the Specified period.

How to Download the District Judge e-call letter.

1. Candidates are advised to visit the website www.hc-ojas-gujarat.gov.in. 

2. Click on the Tab "Call Letters" and then select Print call letter under drop down menu.

3. Now Fill "Select the Job, Confirmation Number, Birth Date" in the fields.

4. At last Click on " Print call letter" and take print out of call letter.
