Jharkhand High Court PA Online Application form will available on 25th May

High Court of Jharkhand, Ranchi has issued a recruitment notification to fill up  42 vacancies of Personal Assistant (PA) post on temporary basis. Candidates who meet the eligibility  criteria can apply online from 25th May, 2023 onwards . Online Application form will be available on the official website of Jharkhand High Court  i.e  www.jharkhandhighcourt.nic.in till 24th June, 2023. we are providing all the details like educational qualification, age limit, PA Selection process etc below.

Eligibility Criteria for PA : 

Educational Qualification : Candidates must possess Graduation or equivalent degree from a recognized University/Institution. Candidates must be proficient in English Shorthand and in typing. The speed of shorthand would be 100 WPM. and typing would be 40 WPM in English on computer.

Age Limit : Candidates must be 21 years or above age but not more than the age of 35 years in case of unreserved candidates, 37 years for B.C-I & B.C-II, 38 years for Female and 40 years for SC, ST Candidates as on 01.04.2022.

Pay Scale : Rs. 44,900 to Rs. 1,42,400/-.

Selection Process : HC will take Stenography and Typing test first. Candidates who will qualify for the Stenography and Typing test would be allowed to appear in the Personality test/Viva Voce test. Merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the stenography and Personality Test/Viva voce.

Examination Fee : 

1. For Unreserved , B.C-I and B.C-II categories candidates : Rs. 500/-.

2. SC & ST Categories : Rs. 125/-.

3. Persons with Disabilities will be exempted from the examination fee.

How to Apply : Eligible Candidates are required to submit online applications for the recruitment process of Personal Assistants. Candidates must fill only one applications for PA post. List of  documents need to be submitted in the space provided on the online application form : 

1. A Scanned copy of Matriculation Certificate in proof of date of birth.

2. A Scanned copy of provisional/Original Certificate of Graduation or equivalent degree.

3. A Scanned copy of residential certificate in the prescribed format.

4. A Scanned copy of caste certificate and certificate relating to Economically Weaker Section candidates.

5. A Scanned copy of certificate relating to no objection of employer.
