Eligibility Criteria for Specialist Officer post: 

Educational Qualification : Candidates must possess B.E /B.Tech /MCA /M.Sc /Graduates /Post Graduates in respective stream from any Universities recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.

Age Limit : 

1. Manager : Min. age is 35 years and Max. age is 45 years

2. Assistant General Manager  (AGM) : Min. age is 28 years and Max. age is 40 years.

3. Deputy General Manager (DGM) : Min. age is 25 years and Max. age is 35 years.

Selection Process : Bank will shortlist the candidates on the basis of their qualification, experience and overall suitability for selection process. Most suitable candidates will be called for the selection process i.e. Group Discussion and /or Personal Interview (PI) .

Pay & Allowances : 

1. Deputy General Manager : Rs. 76,010 to Rs. 89,890/-

2. Assistant General Manager : Rs. 63,840 to Rs. 78,230/-

3. Manager : Rs. 48,170 to Rs. 69,810/-

Gross Emoluments for Metro Cities : 

1. For DGM : Rs. 1,55,000/-

2. For AGM : Rs. 1,28,000/-.

3. For Manager : Rs. 98,000/-.

2. For General, EWS and OBC Candidates : Rs. 1000/-
