Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL), a Miniratna Category-I Public Sector Enterprise has published a recruitment notification for 100 posts of Project Engineer/Officer on fixed term (contract basis) .  Desirous candidates are advised to read the notification carefully before going to apply online. The link for registration and online submission of application shall be made available from 24th May to 23rd June, 2023. Eligibility Criteria : 

Educational Qualification : 

1. For Project Engineer : First Class (60%) in BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc Engg.(4 years) / Integrated M.E. / M.Tech. course or equivalent from AICTE approved Institute / University.

2. For Project Officer : First Class (60%) in MBA / MSW /PG Diploma (02 years) or Pass in CA / ICWA or equivalent course in HR.

Maximum Age Limit : 

1. For Unreserved/EWS candidates : 28 years

2. For SC & ST Candidates : 33 years

3. For OBC/NCL Candidates : 31 years

4. For PwBD (UR) Candidates : 33 years

5. For PwBD (OBC-NCL) Candidates : 36 years

6. For PwBD (SC/ST) Candidates : 38 years

Selection Process : Candidates will be shortlisted for interview in the ratio of 1:10 based on the number of years of experience in the relevant area in requisite Industry / Office. The name of candidates shortlisted for interview will be displayed on company’s website.

Monthly Remuneration : 

1. During 1st Year : Rs. 30,000/-

2. During 2nd Year : Rs. 33,000/-

3. During 3rd year : Rs. 36,000/-

4. During 4th year : Rs. 39,000/-

Application Fee : 

1. UR/OBC(NCL)/EWS Candidates are required to remit an amount of Rs. 300 towards application fee.

2. SC/ST/PwBD /Ex-SM candidates are exempted from payment of application fees.

How to Apply : Candidate are required to apply only through online mode.

1.  Candidates are required to submit the applications by logging on to https://bdl-india.in => Careers =>"Detailed Advertisement for Project Engineer/Project Officer vide Advt. No: 2023-2".

2. Online Application consists TWO PARTS, i.e., PART-I (Candidate Basic & Mandatory Information, Qualification and Experience) PART-II (Uploading of Photo, Signature & Mandatory Documents).

3. Applicants are advised to take a printout of the submitted online application and note down generated Online Registration.

Important Dates :

Commencement of Online Registration of Applications : 24th May, 2023 at 1400 Hrs

Closing of Online Registration of Applications : 23rd June, 2023 at 1700 Hrs

List of Shortlisted candidates for the Interview along with date of Interview & Download of call letter : 05th July, 2023 (1600 hrs)

Date of Interview will be held (Tentatively) : 2nd week of July, 2023 onwards
