APSC Urban Technical Officer Recruitment 2023 - Apply from 17th May

Assam Public Service Commission has invited Online Applications from eligible Indian Citizens for the recruitment of candidates to the post of  Urban Technical officer (Junior Grade-III) as per Assam Urban  Engineering Service Cadre under Department of Housing and Urban Affairs , Govt. of Assam.  There are total 103 vacancies for UTO post. Desirous applicants shall fill online application form through APSC official website from 17th May to 16th June, 2023. Eligibility Criteria : 

Educational Qualification : Candidates must be Graduate in Engineering/Technology in Civil Engineering (Full Time) from any All India Council for Technical Education) (AICTE) recognized university/institution.

Age Limit : The Candidates should have attained the age of 21 years and should not more than 38 years of age as on 01.01.2023. The upper age limit is relaxable by : 

1. 05 years for SC/ST candidates.

2. 03 years for OBC/MOBC Candidates.

3. 10 years for PwBD candidates.

Pay Scale : Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 1,10,000 + Grade Pay of Rs. 12,700 + Other allowances.

Monthly Salary : Rs. 42,700 per month 

Selection Procedure : The Commission will notify the selection Procedure later on followed by issuing corrigendum/addendum, if required. The Commission will also decide to conduct examination/test etc. zone wise, depending upon the numbers of candidates application received in various districts.

4. For PwBD : Rs. 47.20
