AP KGBV Principal, PGT, PET & CRT Online Registration starts on 30th May 

Andhra Pradesh, Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalas (KGBVs) has invited online applications from the eligible Woman candidates for filling up of 1358 vacant positions of Teaching Staff in all the KGBV located across the state of AP purely on contract basis. Out of 1358 vacancies, 92 vacancies are assigned for Principal post, 846 vacancies for PGT, 374 vacancies for CRT & 46 vacancies for PET post. Interested & eligible woman candidates  only can apply through Online from 30th May, 2023. The online applications will be filled up till 05th June, 2023. Other details like eligibility criteria, selection process, Recruitment dates are mentioned below.

Name of the Post : 

1. Principal : 92

2. Post Graduate Teachers (PGT) : 846

3. Contract Residential Teachers (CRT) : 374

4. PET : 46

Eligibility Criteria : 

Educational Qualification : 

1. For Principal post : Must possess any Post Graduation Degree from UGC recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate for OC, 45% for OBC, 40% for SC /ST / Differently abled persons.

2. For PGT : must possess 2 year Post Graduate Course or Master's degree from UGC rec university.

3. For CRT : must possess 4 year integrated degree course or Bachelor's degree and B.Ed with respective subject.

4. For PET : must possess Intermediate from the board of Intermediate Education or Graduation Degree from UGC recognized University with at least 50% marks.

Age limit : Candidates should be above 18 years and below 42 years of age as on 01.07.2023. However,  the maximum age limit 

1. for SC/STBC candidates : 47 years

2. for Physically challenged candidates : 52 years.

3. for Ex-servicemen women : 45 years.

Monthly Fixed honorarium : 

1. For Principal : Rs. 34,139/-.

2. For CRT, PET, PGT : Rs. 26,759/-

Selection Process : The Selection of the candidates will be made purely on  merit basis duly awarding weightage for the academic performance of the candidates for both academic and professional qualifications.

Application Fee : Candidates are required to give Rs. 100 towards application fee.
